Xuzhou Skydng Electronics Tech Co.,Ltd. is a professional Manufacturer and leading Exporter specialized in developing, producing and sales for electric tricycle, electric 4 wheels vehicle, tuk tuk electric tricycle, electric scooter and related parts of E-vehicle such as AC and DC motor, brake rear axle, controller and some small spare parts from 2005. 

Product & Management: 
8 kind of Product catalogues with 20 production Lines, 2000 workers and administrative staff :
- AC/DC motor of electric vehicle, controller and brake real axle  from 2005
- Electric tricycle from 2012, Electric 4 wheels vehicle from 2014  ( We have complete four major processes: stamping, welding, painting and assembly).

We have our injection molding workshop, it can work for our own product requestion.

At the end of 2018, our company acquired JIANGSU ONWLD SIGNS CO., LTD ( ONWLD SIGNS established in 1998, specializing in the development, manufacturing, wholesale, and retail of neon and LED advertising signage), making it an independently operated subsidiary under SKYDNG ELECTRONICS TECH.

Factory have passed ISO-9001 since 2006, ISO/TS 16949 , ccc, some of finished products have passed CE/UL/CUL FCC  and which all productions were made of good quality materials passed RoHS testing.

                                                   
 

4 Processing for Producing Vehicle: Stamping, Welding, Spraying, Assembly:
We have our own 4 stamping machines and our cooperated stamping factory have 30 stamping machines to make sure smooth runing for peak season in sale; we have 10 sets of mechamical arm for general welding and 4 sets of 360 degree automatic rotor welding machine for body frame and suspension of vehicle, we also have cooperation welding factory who has round 30-50 related welding machines for vehicle parts. Such as  spray workshop and assemeby workshop, we have our own also we have 2 cooperated factories for lots of order in peak season. The Spray craft art, we make  that as well as the car quality, also the vehicle assemebly process we made the same as the car.
                                                 

Vehicle Parts Workshop:
Regarding the motors, brake rear axles, controller, and the raw materials of these components, we handle the procurement, prototyping, testing, production, quality control, and after-sales services ourselves in a complete process. By controlling the quality and cost of raw materials at their source, we have saved on raw materials and labor management costs. We can now focus our efforts on research and development, design, quality control, and marketing.
                                                 

Loading Container:
For electric vehicle, generally we made SKD and Full vehicle loading way. CKD to be used as customer's request. Regarding 4 wheelers electric vehicle currently we made that max 9 vehicles in a 40HQ containers in full vehicle packing way, if by SKD way, will be 18 sets of vehicle in 1x40HQ container. 
For vehicle parts such as motor, brake rear alxe, controller, absorber,  wheels, tyres etc, they are all packed with Moisture-proof blanket then was loaded into a container.
