1. Business & Price Terms

1.1 ) The site of www.skydng.com owned by Xuzhou Skydng Electronics Tech Co.,Ltd. which is a professional manufacturer of  motion drivers such as linear actuator and gas spring and related accessories since 2005.
1.2 ) Factory price & Product time:  you are welcome to contact us for factory price, the price could base on EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, and normally we need 15-30 days to produce them, test quality and ready for shipping.
1.3 ) Also we can make it as the drawing from your end.

2. Payment & Delivery

2.1 ) Payment: We take bank transfer, T/T, WU, local RMB as payment ways.
2.2 ) Delivery time and way: 
          it will 7-25 days by sea to port, depends on which country you located.
          it will 10-35 days by sea to door, depends on which country you located.
          it will 2-4 days by air to airport, depends on which country you located.
          it will 5-10 days by air to door, depends on which country you located.
We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF  for delivery.
DDU, that means, we delivered items to your door address included freight cost, custom cost, but it does not include import taxes. 
DDP, that means, we delivered tiems to your door address included all costs ( freight cost, custom cost and import taxes).

3. Packing terms:

3.1) Standard export packing way: Pe bag, carton and pallet.

4. 100% undamage Guaranteed

4.1 )  Anyway, we are unable to ensure that 100% undamged. The damages rate is less than 10‱, but we support 100% undamage guaranteed service, that means once you received damaged item during shipping , please contact us with some reference pictures, we may ask for a sample. We will confirm it and at first to send you the replacement one,  then you return damaged goods to us.
4.2 )  Once damages happened please reported to us within 72 hours after receipt of the goods and at the same time please issued a claim to carrier by phone or email, we will solve any problem according to the real situation.

5. Warranty of Quality & Lifetime

5.1 )  2 years of warranty for linear actuator and lifting column and controller system
5.2 )  3-5 years (50,000 times/ 180,000 times) for gas spring.
5.3 ）2 years for brake rear axle
5.4 ）For quality problems goods, we will send replacements to buyer at first, then buyer return goods to us every 3-6 monthes, we pay for all costs of return.

6. Returning Goods

6.1 ) We never accept any return goods for the items that you bought are not meet  your purchase purpose.(items without any quality problem ), if the goods you have received which has quality problem or defective on it, we will send replacement to you at first, then you can return them every 3-6 monthes, please issued a return reasons to us,  for quality problem returning we pay for all cost, other reasons returning, buyer need to pay for all cost, please complete the form " https://skydng.com/index.php?route=account/return/insert " ,We reserved all rights for returning solutions and defective solutions.
